Our founders, Ben and Joe, wanted to give back to the environment and not just through supplying zero emission vehicles to the world.
For each vehicle we sell in Australia and around the globe we will regenerate 1m2 of land and will help us create the Benzina Zero Forest. For us it is more than just trees in the ground, by creating biodiverse and sustainable landscapes we will ensure we are giving our children the best chance to live in world with a stable climate and future.

Through our partner, Greenfleet, every customer that purchases one of our vehicles will become a “Benzina Zero Hero” and will be joining a community with leading Australian brands and businesses (including Telstra, GPT, EBOS, Taronga Zoo, CANVA and Europcar) that are demonstrating environmental commitment, acknowledging the need to reduce the impacts on our climate by taking action in a tangible way.
Greenfleet is a leading not-for-profit environmental organisation on a mission to protect our climate by restoring our forests. They plant native biodiverse forests to offset carbon emissions on behalf of individuals, businesses, and organisations to help fight the impacts of climate change.
Since 1997, they have planted more than 9.6 million native trees across over 500 biodiverse forests in Australia and New Zealand. Greenfleet forests address critical deforestation, capture carbon emissions to protect our climate, reduce soil erosion, improve water quality, and restore habitat for wildlife, including many endangered species. Their forests are legally protected for up to 100 years.
Greenfleet projects provide a range of co-benefits including recreating native ecosystems, avoiding pesticide runoff into nearby waterways, and replanting Australia’s native landscapes in times of climate change and the related consequences, including bushfires, droughts, heatwaves, and flooding.
